"Been with Ginnys office for a little over a month and it's been great. I can text the office any time and get a response as fast as they can and someone is always taking care of us. Came from Ben Mortensen which was a dumpster fire. Worth the small hassle to switch."

"I called about a bundle package. It seemed to be an okay deal, so I gave them $950 to cover 6 months for my home and truck. Over a month goes by and they tell me that they will not cover my home for some obscure reason. It then takes two weeks to get my refund and they only gave me $780 back... Almost $170 was taken and I received absolutely no product or service. Then I received a message saying they took the $170 for coverage of my home for that month...??? The same home they refused to cover... Where I come from, this is called a Dog and Pony Show. DO NOT USE STATE FARM"

Like we discussed I spent nearly two weeks trying to have your eligibility overturned , but while i win most , I just can’t win them all. We also aren’t done trying to get more of that refund back for you as I mentioned last week. On an office level we are still doing everything we can for you, but each company has eligibility rules in place for a reason and I don’t have control to change those . Thanks for letting us try! "
